- Booking details: your name, chosen treatment, preferred date and time, and any notes you add.
- Contact details: your phone number and WhatsApp profile when you message us, and your email address if you email us.
- Health information: your confirmation that you are suitable for treatment, and any health details you choose to share with us or that we discuss at your consultation.
- Payment information: a record of your deposit and payment. We never ask for card details on our website.
How our booking form works
Our booking form does not store or send your details through our website. When you press “Continue on WhatsApp”, your request is placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Your messages are then handled by WhatsApp (part of Meta) under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To arrange, confirm and manage your appointments, and to take your deposit.
- To check that treatment is safe and suitable for you.
- To send you aftercare guidance and occasional reminders about your next treatment, if you are happy to receive them.
- To keep the records we are required to keep by law.
We use your information because it is needed to provide the treatment you ask for, to meet our legal obligations, and, for health information, with your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep client and treatment records for as long as needed to provide your care and to meet our legal, insurance and accounting obligations, then delete them securely.
Services we use
- Hostinger: hosts our website.
- WhatsApp (Meta): for booking messages and appointment communication.
- Google Fonts: our website’s font is loaded from Google, which receives your device’s IP address to deliver it.
- OpenStreetMap: the map on our website is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your device’s IP address to show it.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on our website.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
