Zayna is a small marketplace registered in the United Kingdom, connecting independent North African makers with homes across the UK. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Zayna; “you” means the person browsing or buying.

You may browse Zayna freely. To place an order, save a wishlist, or open an atelier, you’ll need an account with accurate, current details. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private.

You agree not to misuse the service — no scraping, no attempts to disrupt other shoppers or makers, and no use of the platform for anything unlawful.

All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where relevant. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. An order is confirmed only once we’ve sent you an order confirmation email — until then, we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is no longer available).

Because every maker works at small scale, lead times vary. Estimated dispatch windows are shown on each product page.

We ship across the United Kingdom. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.

Because our products are perishable artisanal foods, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If something arrives not as described, faulty, or spoiled, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

If you open an atelier on Zayna, you confirm that you have the right to sell the products you list, that descriptions and photographs are honest, and that you comply with all applicable UK food safety, labelling, and allergen regulations.

Zayna takes a transparent commission on each sale, disclosed in your maker dashboard. We may remove listings that breach these terms or our quality standards.

The Zayna name, mark, photography, and editorial writing belong to us. Product imagery and descriptions submitted by makers remain theirs, with a licence granted to Zayna to display and promote those items on the marketplace.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of Zayna after a change means you accept the new terms.
